When you need a steady stream of product without the hassle of ordering every time, turn to our Kanban program. Kanban, a scheduling system for just-in-time manufacturing used around the world, eliminates manufacturing lead time, leaving only time for delivery.
If you project a steady demand for the next 12 months, we will help you develop a purchase order for an agreed-upon number of releases. We establish the initial lead time and quantity for each release. Then, we manufacture the first few releases and place them in holding until you request one. Every time we ship material to you, we create an internal order to replace it, so we will always have material ready for delivery.
When you have a need for material, you simply request a Kanban release. We will ship your materials within 48 hours. Minimum order value will depend on product, and total quantity must be taken within 12 months.
Not only does setting up a part through our Kanban program save you time by eliminating the need to place a new order each time you need product, it also keeps your lines running without worry of downtime.
